I can see from this picture that it represents global warming or something related to global warming. The top part of the hourglass shows how much of untainted nature is left. The bottom of the hourglass shows the pollution of the world. The illustration can be a statement saying that we are running out of time and global warming is becoming worse. If we continue to almost nothing to resolve this problem, the natural habitats of animals like polar bears will be lost.
I can see from this picture the consequences of global warming. While the top of the timer drains, the polar bears lose their habitat. It also shows that we are equally affected. This shows the importance of ecosystems and how one ecosystems demise might be the downfall of many others. Whatever we do will affect others and ourselves. The picture also shows us how doing nothing will not help us.
I can see that global warming seems to be hurting us as wells as the environment. The bottom half shows how the girl is suffocating because of the polluted air. The pollution is causing the polar bears to lose their habitat, as shown in the top half. As time moves, global warming only seems to get worse.
I get a good view of global warming and the terrible effects of it. As the polar bear's habitat is destroyed it also has an effect on our civilization (girl suffocating/drowning in all the pollution). If we don't do anything to prevent global warming things will just get worse as the time runs out.
